Guardian Homes Needed in Yuba City, California For Sale

All dogs have had all their health testing complete and cleared through OFA.
I have several older puppies that are available for my guardian homes. Two 7 month old F1 Goldendoodles, 1 8 month old English Golden Retriever, & 1 English Golden Retriever. They've all had their health testing complete.
You keep the dog as your own at your home and once a year, for three years, I will breed the dog at my home and she will have her babies here. Then she's comes back to you when they are six weeks old. After the four years are complete, the dog is yours free and clear with all paperwork. You also will be paid $300 per litter and with the first litter, you'll receive your initial guardian home fee of $750.
You'll be responsible for the dogs feedings, shots, and any general veterinarian care the dogs require. I am responsible for all fees related to breedings and testing. You must live within 2 1/2 hours away from my address as I will be picking up the dog, and bringing her here for her breeding, which usually takes five days, and then back to you. I will then pick her up close to when she's ready to welp her puppies. If you choose to welp the puppies at your house, that's fine. But I will come and pick the puppies up at six weeks of age, and bring them home to potty train and find homes for.

This is a very inexpensive way to have a quality well bred dog for your family pet. I have paid for all of the testing for the dog, and at four years of age you will own her free and clear.
